In Salesforce Marketing Cloud most of the times you will need to configure application in regional language . To make it configurable in regional language below configuration is require.

  1. Login to Salesforce Marketing Cloud Application
  2. Select Account for which you want to change language and Time zone.
  3. Hover over your username and select Cloud Preferences. Click Edit to change any of the information associated with your account for below fields
    1. Time Zone
    2. Culture Code
  4. Click on Save
  5. Logout and Login again to make changes visible.
